You make an appointment with a TCF employee (care coach) at your home or at our office (free of charge) to get acquainted and discuss your needs. You will then discuss together what care you need for your loved one and how we can support you.
You decide which care professional will come to your home. Someone with the same religion, origin or even age. We look for the right person for you. You decide and we will arrange it.
This way you can be at home with your loved one with fewer worries.
